Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.

Steps

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Send reset link.
5. Check your inbox for an email from STRProof.
6. Click the Reset Password button in the email.
7. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it.
8. Click Reset password.

You'll receive a confirmation email after your password is changed.

Important Details

• Reset links expire after 1 hour. If your link has expired, request a new one.
• If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.
• The reset form will tell you if your link is invalid or expired.

Didn't Request a Reset?

If you received a password reset email you didn't request, your account is still safe — no one can reset your password without access to the reset link. However, if you're concerned, you can:

• Log in and change your password from Settings
• Contact security@strproof.com
